The 51 is seeking a Floor Manager F&B to act as the operational heartbeat of the venue in Amsterdam. You will lead both service and kitchen teams, ensuring top quality and energy throughout the day while driving guest experiences and local engagement.

You will bring energy, ownership, and fresh ideas to continuously improve The 51 as a local hotspot. This part-time role requires hands-on leadership and a commercial mindset to grow the concept.

The Job

As Floor Manager F&B, you are the operational heartbeat of The 51. You lead both service and kitchen teams and ensure consistent quality and energy throughout the day. At the same time, you actively help grow The 51 into a local hotspot, focusing on guest experience. You bring energy, ownership, and fresh ideas to continuously improve the concept.
