Job summary

PPHE Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Services Manager for art’otel Amsterdam, located in the heart of Amsterdam. You will lead operational excellence across a Michelin Guide-recommended restaurant and bar, and dynamic event spaces including a 300sqm art gallery.

As a hands-on leader, you will develop and motivate your team, deliver memorable guest experiences, and drive revenue opportunities across F&B outlets and events.

Qualifications

• A hands-on operational leader who enjoys being on the floor and engaging with guests, clients and team.
• Proven experience within events, banqueting, restaurant or broader F&B environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing multiple revenue streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of restaurant, bar, events spaces and in-room dining to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach, support and develop the team while leading by example during peak service periods and events.
• Oversee planning and delivery of social events, private functions, and banquets for up to 300 guests with flawless execution.
