Dyson Institute in Amsterdam is seeking an Experimentation Manager to lead global e-commerce testing across product journeys, turning hypotheses into evidence-based decisions that improve customer experience and commercial results. This is a fixed-term, full-time role, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, working 39 hours per week. As our Experimentation Manager, you will drive experimentation strategy across global e-commerce experiences, helping product teams make confident, evidence-based decisions that improve customer experience and commercial performance. Working across multiple product domains, you will identify high-impact testing opportunities, turn hypotheses into actionable insights and champion a culture of continuous optimisation. You will act as a trusted partner to Product, Design and Analytics teams, while providing visibility and recommendations to senior stakeholders across Dyson.
