As our Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager, you will lead strategic supply chain initiatives across EMEA, driving change from concept through implementation, stabilization, and handover to operations. Working across logistics, returns, planning, and order-to-delivery processes, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions that improve supply chain capability and support business growth. The role operates in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve, information may be incomplete, and resources are often shared across operational and project activities. Success requires pragmatism, resilience, and the ability to drive progress through ambiguity. Typical initiatives include logistics network optimisation, warehouse transitions, 3PL selection and implementation, process standardisation, operational capability deployment, and supply chain transformation programmes. A significant part of the role focuses on solution design, implementation, problem solving, stabilization, and ensuring sustainable outcomes after go-live.
Our campus culture is built on connection—collaboration in person, shared creativity, and hands-on learning. That’s why we don’t offer a regular hybrid arrangement. Working side by side powers our best ideas, fuels belonging, and keeps us pushing boundaries together.
