Dyson Institute in Amsterdam seeks a seasoned Media Lead to own the end‑to‑end media agenda across paid and owned channels for Benelux and Nordics. You will oversee annual planning, campaign strategy, optimization, and measurement, guiding a team of media managers and specialists to deliver high‑impact campaigns.
The role requires 7+ years in media planning with leadership experience and a strong grasp of TV, print, OOH, programmatic, social, and search.

This role will own the end‑to‑end media agenda across paid and owned channels, ensuring best‑in‑class and efficient media planning, investment, and performance to drive both brand and commercial KPIs. As the media lead for the region/cluster – you will oversee the full media lifecycle – from annual planning & campaign strategy to optimization, innovation, measurement and performance reporting, working closely with commercial teams, regional/global counterparts and agency partners. Reporting to the Head of Marketing for Benelux and Nordics, this position leads a team of media managers/specialists – together championing media excellence to ensure we continue to deliver highly effective, efficient and measurable media plans.
