Job summary

Digitalique B.V. seeks a Senior Executive Virtual Assistant to act as the operational backbone, managing internal processes, data flows, and ERP governance.

You will ensure Odoo-based activities align with our high-ticket strategy across Europe, enabling Digital Strategists to focus on architecture and revenue acceleration. You will work remotely within Europe or from Amsterdam in CET time, collaborating with a remote team and using AI automation to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English with concise, jargon-free writing.
• Experience supporting remote teams; ideally in CET time zone.
• Experience in B2B environments with complex projects €10k–€100k+.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, especially Odoo, and data privacy basics.
• Ability to implement the Chaser protocol and manage long-term data flows.

Responsibilities

• Perform flawless ERP system administration and monitor project statuses in Odoo Kanban.
• Manage Odoo Administration to ensure invoicing follows the Done vs. Billable rule.
• Conduct B2B lead qualification for high-value targets.
• Streamline high-ticket operations by enforcing the Out of Scope policy.
• Mask PII and ensure Zero-Trust data privacy throughout processes.
