Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end planning and execution process for customer briefings.
Serve as a strategic briefing partner to sales account teams by translating customer and account team objectives into a focused agenda, identifying the right discussion leaders, and aligning executive participation as appropriate.
Manage prep and planning calls with account teams and discussion leaders to ensure all participants understand the customer context, business priorities, desired outcomes, and overall briefing objectives.
Facilitate briefings from welcome and introductions through session transitions, customer business insights, discussion flow, and closing, ensuring objectives are addressed and key challenges are understood.
