Job summary
Novotel Amsterdam City is seeking a Late & Night Receptionist in Amsterdam to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. You will check guests in and out, assist with questions, and bridge the evening and morning shifts from 3 pm to 7 am. The team is young, social, and adaptable to varying hours.
Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus. You will be part of the Accor family with opportunities for growth and benefits in a busy hotel environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or reception roles.
- Strong verbal and written English; Dutch helpful.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out and handle guest queries.
- Serve as night-time point of contact and ensure smooth admin handover between shifts.
