Job summary

Novotel Amsterdam City is seeking a Late & Night Receptionist to welcome guests, check them in and out, and handle inquiries during evening and night hours (3 pm–11 pm and 11 pm–7 am). You will be the link between shifts, ensuring a smooth administrative handover and providing night-time guest support.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel reception role.
• Strong verbal and written English; Dutch preferred.
• Familiarity with PMS Opera or Opera Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and handle inquiries.
• Serve as night-time link between evening and morning shifts.
• Provide night-time guest support and ensure smooth administration.
