Job summary

XPENG Europe Headquarters in Amsterdam is seeking a Remote Technical Support Specialist to join our on-site team. You will remotely diagnose vehicle issues, support OTA functions, analyze telematics data, and coordinate escalations with engineering and aftersales.

The role demands strong EV technical knowledge, experience with diagnostics platforms, and the ability to explain technical matters clearly to dealers and customers in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of electric vehicle systems and high-voltage technology.
Experience with telematics, connectivity, and OTA processes.
Experience using OEM diagnostic platforms and remote troubleshooting tools.
Ability to interpret DTCs, logs, and technical data.

Responsibilities

Perform remote diagnosis and troubleshooting of XPENG vehicles using telematics and diagnostic platforms.
Analyze vehicle fault data, logs, DTCs, OTA status, and customer-reported symptoms.
Support customers and dealers with OTA updates, connectivity, charging, infotainment, and app pairing issues.
Escalate complex cases to engineering teams and document software bugs and field issues.
Participate in root cause investigations and continuous improvement activities.
