Qualifications

• At least a completed secondary vocational education (MBO level 4), preferably in electrical engineering, IT, or mechatronics.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and log technical support requests from customers, installers, and internal colleagues.
• Diagnose and resolve issues remotely.
• Support technicians with solving technical problems and creating work orders.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to structural solutions.
