Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced e‑Mobility Product Support Engineer to join our Global Service organization in the Netherlands. You will be the regional technical expert and SPOC for deployment, installation, and ongoing support of our charging infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities include providing expert support, remote diagnostics, on-site visits, and delivering training. You will work with Sales and Quality teams to ensure top-tier service and continually improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical role with hands-on service activities.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English (French is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for our e‑Mobility portfolio.
• Investigate and resolve cases via remote diagnostics or on-site visits.
• Deliver technical training and advise on complex system architectures.
• Collaborate with Sales and Quality teams to ensure top-notch service.
• Maintain clear documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.
