Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of solid sales experience within the automotive industry, in a quota-carrying role at an OEM or major dealer group.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Netherlands.
• Experience with EVs and modern direct-sales or agency retail models preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and closing skills.
• English fluency mandatory; Dutch language skills are highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of regional sales KPIs, including order intake, retail volume, market share and revenue targets for the Netherlands.
• Monitor daily/weekly sales performance, analyze data for trends, gaps and immediate growth opportunities.
• Oversee daily sales operations across regional showrooms and touchpoints; ensure high standards of process execution.
• Coach and support retail staff/partners to maximize conversions and uphold brand standards.
• Lead localized sales initiatives, test-drive events, and promotional campaigns for the Netherlands.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Operations and After-Sales to ensure timely deliveries and quick escalations.
• Drive a premium customer experience throughout the purchasing journey, up to handover.
