Li Auto Inc. seeks an experienced Spare Parts Manager for the Netherlands Parts Distribution Center (PDC) to lead daily warehouse and inventory operations while supporting dealer parts activities across Europe.

The role requires coordinating with 3PL providers, driving process improvements, and ensuring parts availability. Collaboration with HQ and local market teams is essential to deliver high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in automotive spare parts ops or logistics.
• Experience with European markets is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations of the Netherlands PDC and ensure stock availability for service and warranty.
• Coordinate dealer spare parts orders and respond to inquiries and backorders.
• Forecast demand and coordinate replenishment with HQ and regional teams.
• Maintain master data in parts catalogues, pricing, and inventory records.
• Generate reports and support system implementations and process development.
