Job summary

Lucid Motors in Hilversum is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to lead the sale of young used and pre-owned Lucid vehicles in the Netherlands, with a strong emphasis on SME owners and directors. You will leverage your existing network to generate opportunities, handle trade-ins, and structure financings and leases.

You will also coordinate stock, prices, and marketing activities, hosting events and test drives to drive stock movement and deliver a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in automotive sales, ideally in the premium segment.
• Hands-on experience with pre-owned vehicles: valuation, pricing and selling.
• Existing network of entrepreneurs and business decision-makers to activate.
• Solid knowledge of automotive financial products: financing, financial, operational and private lease.
• Advanced negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
• Knowledge of the premium EV market and ability to turn market trends into sales.
• Self-starter with proactive prospecting and events organisation.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales of young used and pre-owned Lucid vehicles in the Netherlands—from first contact to delivery.
• Leverage your network to create opportunities, enquiries and sales, focusing on SME owners and directors.
• Value and appraise customer trade-ins including premium and exotic vehicles.
• Advise customers on financing and various lease options, structuring deals accordingly.
• Monitor stock, pricing and standing time of pre-owned vehicles and act to move stock.
• Organise and host customer events and test-drive activities at the studio or external locations.
• Collaborate with studio team, Remarketing and B2B colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Share market insights and translate into actionable sales strategies.
