Job summary

BYD Europe BV in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, is seeking a Marketing Lead for DENZA Nederland to shape premium electrified mobility in the region. You will define national marketing plans, lead events, and manage regional campaigns with agencies and media.

You will oversee budgets, assets, and dealer/press relationships, collaborate with European PR and events teams, and act as a brand ambassador to deliver outstanding customer experiences across markets.

Responsibilities

• Define the marketing plan across the responsible countries in alignment with business objectives and global marketing strategic guidelines.
• Plan and lead the execution of national events, conducting post-event analysis to assess the effectiveness and provide insights for internal improvements.
• Develop and manage regional advertising and digital campaigns across local markets in collaboration with appointed agencies.
• Provide digital assets for local market use, ensuring their effective utilization during national campaigns.
• Supervise dealer marketing plans and monitor execution by dealer partners.
• Contribute valuable insights for the development of the European marketing plan and monitor competitor activities, including product and financial benchmarks, monthly installments, and new campaigns.
• Develop and manage local advertising and PR campaigns in partnership with appointed agencies.
• Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Supervise relationships with press, media, agencies and digital influencers, ensuring visibility for the brand and product stories.
• Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate the success of initiatives and integrate findings into future marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with and support the European PR and events teams when planning activities in the local market.
• Foster, grow and nurture relationships with digital media and social influencers.
• Act as a brand ambassador, consistently prioritizing the customer experience.
• Actively engage and collaborate in any European events or activities as needed.
