Job summary

BYD Europe BV in Hoofddorp is seeking a Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers in the Dutch market, representing the full BYD portfolio and collaborating with the dealer network.

You will leverage a solid fleet sales background and a wide automotive network to secure agreements, drive growth, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a commercial role within the automotive sector.
• Strong negotiation and numerical skills.
• Excellent Dutch and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Expand the customer portfolio by acquiring new fleet clients and establishing commercial frameworks.
• Negotiate volumes, model mix, and discounts aligned with BYD Europe’s objectives.
• Prepare quotations and calculate margins, including bonus programs.
• Develop sales activities across fleet, leasing, and rental channels to grow market share.
• Maintain strong relationships with the BYD dealer network.
• Translate European framework agreements to the Dutch market with the EU KAM team.
• Ensure accurate contract and sales administration.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and aftersales to meet customer needs.
