Job summary

Bloom & Wild is seeking a trading-focused professional to own the European trading function, ensuring optimal stock levels, pricing and forecast accuracy across markets. You will collaborate with operations, planning, and product teams to maximize profitable growth during peak seasons.

You will leverage AI tools to automate forecasting, analyze demand patterns and drive data-driven decisions while maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams in a hybrid London/Amsterdam setup.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with numerical proficiency.
• Fluent English with clear communication and reporting.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the trading function for Europe, ensuring stock, pricing and forecast accuracy.
• Lead on-site pricing strategy and range to support growth and margins.
• Manage peak trading periods and coordinate with operations, planning and product teams.
• Develop and deploy AI-enabled forecasting and automated insights to improve decision making.
