Job summary

Bloom & Wild is seeking a commercially focused trading/forecasting professional to manage stock, pricing and on-site experience across Europe. You will collaborate with operations, central planning, range and product design teams to maximise growth and reduce waste.

You’ll work in a distributed team across Europe, with offices in London and Amsterdam, and occasional travel to Amsterdam. Fluency in English is required and strong analytical skills are essential for shaping forecasts and tests.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets ability and comfortable managing data models.
• Fluent English (C2) required.

Responsibilities

• Own stock forecasting and pricing for Europe, ensuring availability and margin.
• Lead on-site experience and AB testing roadmap across markets.
• Coordinate peak trading planning for major gifting moments (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day).
• Prepare regular trading meeting agendas and align with cross-functional teams.
• Build and embed AI tools to automate forecasting and analysis.
