Job summary

Bloom & Wild is seeking a Europe trading lead to own the trading function across Europe, ensuring stock availability, accurate forecasting and profitable on-site pricing. This fast-paced, cross-functional role sits within the Commercial Team and collaborates with operations, planning, range and design.

You’ll work with our UK, Netherlands teams and other markets, driving peak trading around Christmas, Valentine’s and Mother’s Day, and building AI-enabled tools to improve forecasting and decision

Qualifications

• About 5 years of experience in operational, analytical, financial or consulting roles.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets and data modeling skills.
• Fluent English (C2).

Responsibilities

• Own the trading function for Europe, ensuring stock and pricing alignment.
• Manage stock, forecast demand and minimize waste.
• Lead on-site pricing and product range for gifting categories.
• Collaborate with operations, central planning and design teams.
• Deliver peak trading during Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
• Build AI-enabled trading tools and automate forecasting processes.
