Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Merchandise Planning, or Forecasting in retail/wholesale.
• Strong demand forecasting experience with baseline and account-level forecasts.
• Advanced Excel and data manipulation capabilities; ability to translate data into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling 12–18 month demand forecast at regional/account level.
• Generate baseline statistical forecasts and reconcile with financial targets.
• Evaluate signals from orderbook, sell-through, POS data, and trends to improve forecast quality.
• Participate in IBP cycle to align demand plan with stakeholders.
• Own forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement.
• Govern forecast process; document and communicate changes and risks.
• Partner with Merchandising, Supply, Inventory, FP&A and Commercial to align with strategy.
