Job summary

ARC’TERYX in Amsterdam seeks a Manager, Demand Planning - EMEA to own the regional demand forecast and align it with financial targets, inventory constraints, and channel strategies across B2B, Retail and eCommerce. You will lead the Demand Review in IBP, drive forecast accuracy and build a high‑performing team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain or related field.
5‑8+ years in Demand Planning, Forecasting or Merchandise Planning.
Experience translating demand signals into forecasts across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

Own regional demand planning process and consensus plan (0–18 months).
Lead the Demand Review in the IBP forum, align with financial targets.
Align forecasts with merchandise plans and inventory constraints.
Govern and document forecast assumptions, risks, opportunities.
Improve forecast accuracy via root-cause analysis and process/tool optimization.
Develop and coach the regional demand planning team.
