HelloFresh is seeking a Demand Planner in Amsterdam to turn data into reliable forecasts. You will validate data pipelines, write SQL, build dashboards, and support daily supply chain decisions across Europe.

You'll work with forecast engineers and analysts, apply trend and seasonality adjustments, and track KPI performance like MAPE and bias. A hybrid setup and learning budget help you grow.

Competenze

• 2–3 years in Demand Planning or related analytics role.
• Strong SQL, Excel, and BI skills; Python is a plus.
• Forecasting concepts: bias and accuracy metrics and their link to operations.

Mansioni

• Validate demand data pipelines and data quality.
• Write SQL to extract and transform demand data.
• Develop dashboards with Tableau to show KPIs.
• Support forecasting model development under guidance.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and waste risk.
• Assist weekly S&OP materials for leadership reviews.
