Bloom & Wild Group is seeking a Stock Planning Lead to architect scalable inventory and procurement processes across our European network. You’ll build automated tools, lead a team of stock planners, optimise stock availability and reduce waste while supporting rapid SKU expansion and new range launches.

Competenze

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or stock planning with team leadership.
• Ability to scale supply chains during exponential SKU growth via automation.
• Strong data mindset and ability to build automated tools.
• Comfort with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Experience building or using AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual tasks.
