Job summary

Anritsu Infivis seeks a Technical Solutions & Engineering Manager to lead and develop Europe’s engineering capabilities. You will set the multi-year roadmap, coordinate local modifications and technical projects, and liaise with teams in Europe, the USA and Japan to drive advanced solutions.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership, focusing on quality, regulatory readiness and cross-functional collaboration across sales, service and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant technical and engineering experience.
• Experience leading technical projects, engineering teams or capability-building initiatives.
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment, automation systems and technical troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year roadmap for engineering capability development in Europe.
• Lead and coordinate local engineering activities, modifications and technical projects.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to engineering staff.
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex customer and product issues.
• Liaise with engineering teams in Japan regarding product improvements and development opportunities.
