Job summary
Innodisk Europe B.V. is seeking an experienced Field Application Engineer Manager to lead and strengthen our European FAE team from its Eindhoven office. This role combines technical leadership with people management, guiding product validation, troubleshooting, and customer discussions across Europe.

Qualifications
- Bachelor-level or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role (FAE, Application Engineer, Technical Support, etc.).
- Experience with mainboard/ GPU solutions and storage tech (RAID, SSD, DRAM) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the European FAE team and define priorities, supporting technical strategy and HQ interface.
- Ensure consistent technical standards, documentation, and best practices.
- Perform product testing and simulations to ensure quality and functionality.
- Provide on-site technical support including customer visits.
- Conduct in-house product testing to address field issues.
- Address customer complaints and troubleshoot technical problems.
