Job summary

Air Products seeks an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead the European and African Electrical Engineering team, driving safety, reliability and continuous improvement across multiple facilities.

Based in Rotterdam or Chertsey, you will manage 10-12 engineers and provide technical governance while mentoring a broader group of over 450 qualified personnel, partnering with operations, maintenance, and global communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Proven experience leading electrical engineering and design activities for operating assets in process industries.
• Experience specifying inspection and condition-monitoring requirements and configuring protection relays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Electrical Engineering Team for European Industrial Gases, providing Technical Authority.
• Develop, install, commission, and ensure safe operation of electrical systems and equipment.
• Mentor engineers, promote electrical safety, and ensure EH&S and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and global teams to improve reliability and standards.
