Job summary

TrackBee is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own a European portfolio of merchants and agencies. You will guide onboarding, ensure tracking correctness, and drive value from TrackBee’s product suite, including TrackBee Insights.

The role emphasizes ROAS and funnel performance with a marketing-minded CS approach. You’ll onboard, validate data, and expand the customer base across Europe in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a customer-facing role (CS, AM or client services at an agency).
• Background in performance marketing, media buying, or a performance marketing agency.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle for EU merchants and agencies from onboarding to retention and expansion.
• Validate tracking implementations and interpret data for ad performance.
• Proactively monitor customer health and address risks before they become problems.
• Build strong relationships with marketing managers, performance marketers and agency partners.
• Identify expansion opportunities (additional stores, product upgrades, agency referrals).
• Collaborate with the marketing team on case studies and customer stories.
• Represent customers internally and share insights on what to build next.
