XPENG is seeking a highly organised Retail Training Coordinator – Europe to plan, coordinate, and deliver training across our European retail network. You will work with the Training & Certification Manager and market teams to ensure engaging, consistent learning experiences that boost customer service, product knowledge, and commercial performance.

This role involves coordinating across multiple markets, managing calendars, venues, trainers, and participant communications, and supporting both

Competenze

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail training, Learning & Development, retail operations, HR coordination or similar.
• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) or learning technology is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Coordinate planning and delivery of retail training programmes across European markets.
• Communicate training plans, schedules and updates across markets.
• Support product, brand, customer experience, selling skills and operational training initiatives.
