XPENG is seeking an enthusiastic Event Specialist to bring the XPENG brand to life through events and experiences across Europe. You will plan, coordinate and execute a wide range of marketing events, from product launches to test-drive experiences for media and key stakeholders.

The role spans multiple European markets, requiring strong organisational skills, travel willingness and the ability to collaborate with international teams.

Competenze

• Around 2 years of experience in event management or a similar marketing role.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willing and able to travel across Europe.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing events across Europe including product launches and brand activations.
• Coordinate events in multiple European markets with local and international teams and partners.
• Manage timelines, budgets, suppliers and logistics to ensure smooth events.
• Organise media/test drive events for journalists and stakeholders.
• Liaise with external agencies, venues and partners across markets.
• Take on-site responsibility for event setup and execution and report on outcomes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align events with XPENG's brand strategy.
• Create innovative brand experiences reflecting XPENG's technology-driven positioning.
• Handle event administration, budgets and post-event feedback.
• Oversee European Marketing and PR vehicle fleet logistics.
