Job summary

XPENG is seeking a Network Operations Manager for Europe to manage the full lifecycle of the European network. You will drive strategy, partner development, site delivery, and brand elevation across multiple markets.

Responsibilities include defining local network plans, negotiating with top partners, overseeing showroom construction, and coordinating pre-opening activities with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and Operations to ensure smooth launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree+ in automotive engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years in automotive sector with 5+ years in network development/retail expansion.
• Experience building nationwide or large channel networks.
• Experience with new energy or luxury brands preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define local network strategy and align targets with HQ.
• Develop and onboard partners; negotiate contracts and onboarding.
• Oversee store construction, CI, and delivery milestones.
• Assess network performance; lead upgrades and optimization.
• Coordinate cross-functional pre-opening enablement and training.
