XPENG is seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager to independently execute XPENG Europe’s social media programme across markets. You will own planning, writing, asset adaptation and publishing workflows, coordinating with markets and HQ in China to ensure timely, high-quality content.

You will drive scalable content, maintain production timelines, and optimize performance with monthly reports, balancing local adaptation with a coherent European narrative.

Competenze

• 5+ years in social media, digital comms or content marketing.
• Experience with international brands on cross-border campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage complex content calendars and multi-country workflows.
• Strong English writing and editing skills for public audience.
• Familiarity with design tools to create and adapt assets.
