Job summary

Action is seeking an experienced Learning Advisor Retail to partner with the Retail organization, translate business needs into learning priorities, and advise stakeholders on effective solutions. You will manage a substantial budget, coordinate with external providers, and ensure learning delivers measurable impact across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience turning business and capability needs into learning priorities and solutions.
• Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience managing a complex learning portfolio, budget and external learning providers.
• Excellent communication skills and a good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Act as learning partner for your part of our Retail organisation. Build relationships with the business and identify current and future capability needs.
• Advise stakeholders on the best path forward; determine when learning is the right solution.
• Translate capability needs into learning plans and priorities; define reach and changes.
• Own and manage the learning portfolio and budget; collaborate with Learning Operations and external providers.
• Measure impact using participation, completion, effectiveness and business outcomes; report results and iterate.
