Job summary

Lucid Motors in Amsterdam seeks an Order Operations Specialist to support European order-to-delivery activities. You will own day-to-day order execution, resolve transactional issues, maintain data accuracy across systems, and provide reliable support to Sales and Delivery teams.

You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Logistics, Service, IT, and Finance to ensure timely handovers, accurate invoicing, and smooth customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in order management, sales operations, supply chain operations, fulfilment, or a similar operational role.
• A completed vocational or higher‑education qualification, or equivalent relevant professional experience in business operations, supply chain, automotive operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Hands‑on, proactive self‑starter who can work independently, navigate ambiguity, and turn complex operational requirements into clear, structured outcomes.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver high‑quality outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactional workflows, investigate discrepancies and maintain accuracy across multiple systems.
• Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order Execution: Own the accurate processing and maintenance of customer and vehicle orders from order placement through delivery.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve transactional issues involving order configurations, pricing, discounts, invoices, payments, and refunds.
• Delivery Readiness: Partner with Sales, Delivery, Logistics, Service, and other teams to resolve blockers so vehicles and documentation are ready for handover.
• Orderbook Accuracy: Maintain accurate data across the orderbook and connected systems, addressing discrepancies affecting fulfilment or reporting.
• Vehicle Allocation: Manage vehicle allocation, release, and inventory visibility to match orders with correct vehicles.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide proactive updates on order status, fulfilment, invoicing, and delivery.
• Process Improvement: Identify scalable processes and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze errors and gaps to drive corrective actions with cross‑functional stakeholders.
