Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a seasoned Retail & Used Car De-Fleet Manager (Europe) to lead end-to-end de-fleet and remarketing across Europe from Amsterdam. You will optimize valuation, refurbishment planning, inventory management, and route-to-market decisions to maximise profitability while upholding Lucid’s premium standards.

The role requires 8+ years in de-fleet/remarketing, strong CRM and analytics capabilities, English fluency, and class-leading negotiation skills to manage cross-functional

Qualifications

• 8+ years in vehicle de-fleet or remarketing roles.
• Proven end-to-end de-fleet and remarketing experience.
• Strong residual value understanding and KPI reporting.
• CRM and business management systems experience; Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; other European languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation, pricing, and resale strategy for Lucid trade-in and de-fleet vehicles.
• Develop European used vehicle sales channels to maximize profitability and market coverage.
• Design and oversee a standardized EU de-fleet process including returns, refurbishment, logistics, and sales readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Retail Operations, Fleet, and Finance to minimize cost leakage.
• Define, track, and report KPIs for turnaround times, refurbishment efficiency, and profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance stock turn, customer experience, and financial performance.
