Lucid Motors in Amsterdam seeks an European Payroll Specialist to drive accurate payroll across multiple European countries. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, external providers, and employees to ensure timely payroll processing and a strong employee experience.

This role offers exposure to international payroll in a growing multinational environment and requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience with European payroll processes.
• Knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation, or employment regulations in one or more European countries.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end payroll for multiple European countries, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
• Gather, validate, maintain, and upload payroll data (new hires, terminations, changes, bonuses, deductions).
• Review payroll reports, reconcile results, and resolve discrepancies before payroll completion.
• Maintain payroll records, calendars, checklists, and process documentation per internal controls.
