Job summary

Lucid Motors in Amsterdam is seeking a senior European Collision Strategy Lead to design and implement a forward-looking collision repair strategy across Europe, aligning with brand standards and quality.

You will build and manage a third-party body shop network, drive performance with KPIs, and collaborate with Parts & Supply Chain to optimize parts distribution while ensuring compliance and training across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and readiness to work with internal systems (e.g., DMS).
• Familiarity with Jira or Smartsheet.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.
• Fluency in English; German language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the European collision strategy.
• Establish, grow, and manage a third-party body shop network to support expansion.
• Build and lead the European collision repair program team as volume scales.
• Monitor network performance using clear KPIs (e.g., safety, quality, cycle time, NPS).
• Collaborate with Parts & Supply Chain teams to optimize body parts distribution processes in Europe.
• Embed and audit Lucid’s SOPs and Authorized Body Shop standards.
• Partner with internal teams to tailor program software to European requirements.
• Lead the rollout of diagnostic laptops and specialized tooling to approved shops.
• Lead the network audit program.
