Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, international trade or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience in international logistics or import operations.
• Experience with European import customs clearance and warehouse operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support import process for goods entering European countries, including customs clearance documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse partners to ensure smooth clearance and inbound delivery.
• Follow up on customs clearance progress, duties and taxes, and other import-related matters.
• Coordinate inbound goods receiving, inspection, and warehouse put-away operations.
• Verify incoming goods quantity and shipping documents for accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse inbound and logistics operation records.
