Job summary

ChargePoint is seeking a Senior Fulfillment and Logistics Manager to oversee daily supply chain operations across Europe. You will coordinate inbound and return shipments, manage 3PL relationships, and ensure seamless data flows between NetSuite and 3PL WMS while improving SOPs and customs processes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP/WMS experience, and excellent English communication in a hybrid setup based in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite and 3PL integration
• Ability to perform weekly inventory reconciliations between ERP and 3PL WMS
• Strong understanding of EDI concepts and end-to-end integration workflows
• Fluent in English, excellent cross-functional communication
• Proven ability to document and improve SOPs for supply chain processes

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational flow between ChargePoint and 3PL partners across Europe
• Coordinate inbound deliveries, return shipments, and value-added services
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, and After-Sales to ensure smooth supply chain operations
• Lead inventory reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
• Provide clear customs clearance instructions for shipments from outside the EU
• Handle return shipments via Jira from initiation to ERP record accuracy
• Arrange special transport and ad-hoc bookings with proper documentation
• Develop and optimize SOPs for continuous logistics improvements
