Responsibilities

Lead planning, project setup, and operational implementation of the testing warehouse.
Drive collaboration to ensure alignment of equipment and materials.
Monitor project KPI achievement and optimize processes.
Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and drive lean operations for Europe-wide warehousing and distribution.
Prepare and submit regular operational reports to Headquarters and regional management, ensuring leadership visibility of project status.
Coordinate resources of the European local testing warehouse for efficient operations and manage delivery-related activities.

As Autel Energy expands rapidly in Europe’s EV charging market, we are seeking a proactive and structured Operations Manager – European Commissioning & Testing Warehouse to support our growing operations in Europe.

Responsibilities

Responsible for strategic planning, project setup, and operational implementation of the European New Energy testing warehouse, driving execution
Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of equipment, materials, and order information, maintaining a closed-loop operational process.
Responsible for overall planning and implementation of the testing warehouse workflow, managing vendor performance, monitoring project KPI achievement, and conducting regular reviews and optimizations.
Analyze operational data on a regular basis to identify process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, driving lean operations to enhance warehouse and distribution service quality and efficiency across Europe.
Prepare and submit regular operational reports to Headquarters and European regional management team, covering KPI performance, risk alerts, improvement initiatives, and resource requirements, ensuring leadership has full visibility of project status.
Responsible for coordinating resources of the European local testing warehouse for efficient operations and exception handling, ensuring smooth project execution and managing other delivery-related activities of the European testing warehouse.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Proven experience in cross-functional and cross-regional team management; overseas warehouse management experience is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering, Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Based at the Netherlands commissioning & testing warehouse; a valid driving license is required, with willingness to travel as needed.
Solid understanding of the European supply chain ecosystem, including EU warehousing compliance, cross-border logistics, and customs clearance processes.
Fluent English and Chinese as a working language, enabling direct communication with local teams and partners. Dutch language skills is a plus.
