Job summary

Geely Auto Europe is seeking a detail-oriented Clearance and Yard Management Specialist to oversee vehicle import customs declarations, yard logistics, and compliance across major European markets.

You will coordinate end-to-end processes for Germany, France, Hungary, and Spain, ensure accurate duty payments, supervise yard operations, perform VIN inspections, and collaborate with regulatory teams to meet national standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, SCM, international trade or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in customs clearance or yard management in Europe.
• Knowledge of EU import regulations and VAT/tax.
• Strong problem-solving across regulatory and certification issues.
• Fluent English and at least one other European language.
• Excellent organizational and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end EU vehicle import customs declarations and payments.
• Oversee yard operations at multiple locations across Europe.
• Perform inbound VIN checks and maintain digital vehicle records.
• Coordinate outbound processes from dealer orders to delivery prep.
• Resolve market-specific clearance challenges with technical/compliance teams.
• Ensure yard safety and pass audits by national authorities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field
