Job summary

Growatt New Energy is seeking a hands-on warehouse/logistics professional to manage inventory for new, replacement parts, and batteries. You will coordinate European shipments, handle faulty equipment, and ensure proper testing records while collaborating with R&D, Sales, and regional teams.

Strong focus on accuracy, communication, and teamwork, with Chinese proficiency required and English/Dutch preferred. Willingness to travel within Europe and relocate to Capelle aan den IJssel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, inventory management, after-sales logistics, or equipment repair.
• PV, electrical, or renewable-energy industry experience preferred.
• Familiar with receiving, dispatching, stocktaking, and inventory-record processes.
• Proficient in Word and Excel for data management and reporting.
• Chinese proficiency is required; English and/or Dutch language skills preferred.
• Hands-on with basic testing equipment, such as multimeters.
• Detail-oriented and responsible with strong execution and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, store, classify, stocktake, and manage inventory for units, parts, and batteries.
• Coordinate shipment, local delivery, and cross-border allocation of inventory across Europe.
• Manage collection and warehousing of faulty equipment and batteries; handle packing, export, and return shipments.
• Test, troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish returned equipment with complete testing records.
• Update and close after-sales service tickets; coordinate with R&D, Sales, Customer Service, HQ, and European teams.
