Device and Module Solutions (DMS) is seeking a European Strategic Marketing Manager to drive growth across the Energy market. You will identify opportunities, shape product strategies, and influence decisions across Europe and global teams.

You will translate market intelligence into actionable strategies, acting as a key link between customers, sales, business units, and product development. Fluency in English is essential and international experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Strategic Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or R&D within an industrial or technology-driven environment.
• Experience creating go-to-market, growth, or application strategies.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes for Energy market (EV chargers, BESS, UPS, Solar PV).
• Identify market opportunities and define Total Addressable Market (TAM).
• Develop and execute application-focused marketing strategies.
• Drive new business development initiatives and portfolio expansion.
• Engage with key customers and industry trendsetters to uncover emerging needs.
• Gather market insights and translate them into strategic recommendations.
• Build business cases for new products, solutions, and applications.
• Share market intelligence across sales, management, and global stakeholders.
