Job summary

Myenergi is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist Europe to coordinate and deliver European marketing activities from its Maastricht headquarters. The role focuses on Benelux and DACH regions, turning plans into visible, measurable campaigns across channels.

You will own content, events, partner communications and performance analysis while collaborating with international teams; occasional travel within Europe is required to connect with distributors and partners.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong Dutch or German required.
• Experience in broad marketing, communications or coordination roles.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills with brand consistency.
• Practical experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email, websites or CMS and CRM systems.
• Experience coordinating campaigns, product launches, events, agencies, suppliers or commercial partners.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe for trade fairs and events.
• Good working knowledge of a third language is a plus.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the European marketing and campaign calendar, including product launches and promotions.
• Manage myenergi’s digital channels and content, creating copy, graphics, photography and video.
• Create and manage customer and partner communications, including newsletters and landing pages.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials and co-branded collateral.
• Coordinate trade fairs, partner events, exhibitions and training sessions, managing logistics and follow-up.
• Support partner marketing with distributors, service partners and other stakeholders including CRM data and lead follow-up.
• Coordinate agencies and external suppliers from briefing to final delivery.
• Monitor and improve marketing performance with campaign, social media and email results and budgets.
