Job summary

Salute is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to lead the go-to-market for Energy Management & Sustainability (EM&S) across Europe. You will drive revenue, differentiate Salute’s offerings, and open doors for cross-service opportunities with senior stakeholders.

You will research markets, build client relationships, and coordinate with operations and sustainability leadership to shape commercial conversations and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development within data centre, critical facilities, energy, sustainability or professional services.
• Ability to open relationships, shape early commercial conversations and work with technical specialists.
• Track record of selling complex, consultative or multi-service solutions rather than transactional products.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies, sales playbooks or structured BD plans.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (up to 50%).

Responsibilities

• Lead market-facing origination and early client engagement with sales collateral and outreach.
• Develop and maintain a client-facing playbook combining EM&S with Salute offerings.
• Identify and pursue new clients through coordinated outreach and strategic relationships.
• Shape initial commercial conversations with EM&S tech specialists as needed.
• Develop account plans for existing relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Support client engagement and ensure alignment with commercial goals.
• Provide market insight to internal teams to strengthen service development.
• Support contracting and commercial alignment with leadership.
