Le Creuset is seeking a Retail People Operations Manager Western Europe to transform workforce planning and staffing across BeNeLux, France, and beyond. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in Retail Operations or adjacent analytical roles, with strong data skills and commercial sense.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Retail Operations or related analytical roles.
• Strong data fluency and ability to turn analysis into actions.
• Understanding of store economics and KPIs.
• English and French fluency mandatory; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Western Europe workforce planning and labour productivity framework.
• Lead rollout and optimisation of Quinyx as a daily tool for Retail teams.
• Link traffic, sales and staffing data to improve scheduling at store/time-slot level.
• Create simple productivity metrics: sales per worked hour, labour cost as % of sales, staffing efficiency.
• Build benchmarks across markets and harmonise key Retail people processes.
