Le Creuset is seeking an entrepreneurial VM and Retail Activation specialist to bring campaigns to life across Western Europe. You will combine visual excellence with commercial instinct, creating store experiences that are beautiful, consistent and drive traffic, engagement and sales.

Own Visual Merchandising execution standards across the Western Europe network and translate guidelines into practical, high-impact store activation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Visual Merchandising, Retail Marketing, Retail Operations or premium/luxury Retail.
• Strong visual judgement with a real commercial mindset.
• Excellent project manager who thrives across markets, deadlines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Visual Merchandising execution standards across the Western Europe network.
• Translate central guidelines into clear, practical and commercially strong store execution.
• Lead windows, displays, seasonal set-ups and campaign roll-outs across different store formats.
• Use YOOBIC to communicate missions, validate execution and close gaps quickly.
• Build and coordinate the in-store activation calendar: demos, tastings, workshops, launches and key seasonal moments.
