• Link traffic, sales and staffing data to improve scheduling at store/time-slot level.
• Create simple productivity metrics: sales per worked hour, labour cost as % of sales, staffing efficiency.
• Build benchmarks across markets and harmonise key Retail people processes.

The Recipe for Success: Role Summary

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, data-driven Retail operator to transform how we plan and deploy store teams across Western Europe. Your mission is simple: put the right people in the right place at the right time - improving service, productivity and labour efficiency at the same time.

Own the Western Europe workforce planning and labour productivity framework.

Lead the rollout and optimisation of Quinyx and make it an everyday management tool for Retail teams.

Connect traffic, sales and staffing data to improve scheduling decisions by store and time slot.

Build simple productivity metrics: sales per worked hour, labour cost as % of sales and staffing efficiency.

Create benchmarks across markets, identify gaps and help leaders act on them quickly.

Simplify and harmonise selected Retail people processes including incentives, uniforms and operating routines.

Partner with HR and Finance while remaining strongly grounded in store reality.

Build scalable staffing models for future Flagships, Signature Stores, Outlets and Concessions.

The Perfect Blend: What We’re Looking For

An entrepreneurial operator who likes solving problems, building tools and challenging inefficient routines.

5+ years in Retail Operations, workforce management, HR operations, planning or a related analytical role.

Highly comfortable with data, but pragmatic enough to turn analysis into simple store actions.

Strong business judgement and an understanding of store economics and Retail KPIs.

Hands-on, curious and comfortable working in an evolving environment with imperfect information.

Experience with workforce management technology is strongly valued; Quinyx experience is a plus.

Fluent English and French are mandatory; Dutch is a strong plus.
