Le Creuset is seeking a Brand Ambassador & Training Manager for Western Europe to build a capability model across BeNeLux and France, elevating store knowledge and the brand experience.

Own the Western Europe Retail training roadmap and turn it into practical, high-energy learning in stores; create onboarding, product knowledge, storytelling and coaching tools; support launches with targeted training that drives conversion and performance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Retail training, learning & development, store operations or a premium consumer environment.
• A natural storyteller and coach who can energise very different audiences.
• Commercially minded: you understand that great training must ultimately improve performance.
• Fluent English and French are mandatory; Dutch is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Western Europe Retail training roadmap and turn it into practical, high-energy learning in stores.
• Build strong onboarding, product knowledge, brand storytelling and selling ceremony programmes.
• Create coaching tools that Store Managers and Retail Managers can use every day.
• Support launches and commercial priorities with targeted training that drives conversion, ATV and UPT.
• Identify capability gaps quickly and design simple, scalable solutions across markets.
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to transform brand content into compelling selling stories.
• Measure what works, improve fast and continuously raise the bar on the consumer experience.
