Job summary

HousingAnywhere Group, based in Rotterdam, seeks a seasoned People Operations Manager to lead HR operations across the Netherlands and France. You will mentor a three-person HR sub-team and report to the HR & Recruitment Director, ensuring smooth processes and compliance.

You will oversee Dutch payroll, visa/work permit handling, and performance cycles in Lattice, while driving data-driven decisions in a cross-border, process-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of HR experience with team leadership.
• Experience with Dutch payroll and 30% ruling/visa procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch and French labor law.
• Proficient with HRIS platforms and performance management tools.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the HR sub-team (3 members) and oversee daily operations.
• Act as primary escalation point for employee relations matters and PIPs.
• Maintain end-to-end oversight of the employee journey across NL and FR offices.
• Lead HR analytics, audits, and continuous improvement of processes.
• Oversee payroll (NL & FR) and remuneration activities with external partners.
